The process of learning begins with observations or data, in order to look for patterns in data and make better decisions in the future based on the examples/Training. R is a programming language, provides an easy code-script environment for statistical purposes. R allows users to visualize data, run statistical tests, and apply machine learning algorithms. R gives you access to the cutting-edge software you need to prepare data for machine learning.
